Meet the Team

Carlye Kincaid PhD is a child and family psychologist who received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After completing her internship training at Duke University's Medical center, Dr. Kincaid joined Silber Psychological Services where she provides therapy and assessment for children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Dr. Kincaid enjoys working with parents to improve parent-child communications and relationships. She has also led parent groups to educate caregivers about ways to care for and communicate with children who have experienced a trauma. One of Dr. Kincaid’s main goals as a psychologist is to help parents create environments where children feel safe, capable and loved.

Allen Freeman DBA - Dr. Freedman is a retired associate professor from New York City College of Technology, City University of New York, where he taught Business Management and Accounting. Dr. Freedman’s years of accounting and business management experience keep the team balanced and aware of implementing and adhering to sound business practices.

Chris McDonald , is an IT professional with 25 years experience. He started his career working on the second largest mainframe computer in the eastern United States and his accomplishments include developing the Casualty Control Systems (CASCON) for the US Navy Nuclear Submarine Fleet and automating various manufacturing floor systems. His focused skill-set is the integration of disparate technologies.
